Hi all!! ! I just arrived from Thailand, and decided to immediately share my impressions. It is necessary to tell from the beginning about the hotel in which I lived, it was called Ambassador TOWER WING 3 *. One of the highest in Pattaya.
I flew for the first time, I always knew that I was not whimsical, if only I had a roof and that's it. But then when I was handed the key to the room and I went up to the 16th floor. opened the room, I had a quiet shock. The room was dirty, the furniture was old (the beds were on wheels, they traveled all over the room, I hiccupped the brake and could not find it). Well, these are still flowers, longer scary because the windows of the room overlooked and the parking lot and the sun did not fall (or simply the rays could not get through the dirty windows of the hotel) it was damp and there was mold on the ceiling. As for the plumbing, everything was fine. Only the hair dryer smelled like a lizard was buried there))).
I went to the manager and asked to change my number. To which he replied that he did not understand me, and then said that they did not have numbers.

That's it, the vacation is ruined before it starts, thinking about it for a minute. But then I quickly pulled myself together and went to explore the territory. The territory is huge, I found 2 large pools (somewhere I read that there should have been 6 of them, but they were clearly disguised), there is a market, a shop, a tour company, a taxi service and much more on the territory, the hotel also has its own beach big + for those who are traveling with a family and do not plan to go anywhere, since the hotel is far from the center, 30 minutes with two transfers (for me it was a big minus).
This was the impression of the first day in Pattaya. Then I decided for myself that I need to do so that I would not be in hotels at all, I did it !!!!!
Immediately on the first day, I went to a tour company that is located outside the territory opposite the hotel (2 companies are next to each other) in one of them I don’t remember the name, but I remember for sure, a very friendly guy Gennady, and I bought a tour to the river Kwai (I doubted for a long time whether to take or not to take, because on the eve a lot of horror stories were told), but I still decided by paying 2600 baht. In the morning a big bus pulled up for me. The tour went off without a hitch. Arriving back through, we went to Kolan Island on our own. for 150 b. (round trip) we were taken to an island with white sand and clear water. And the same evening we bought a tour on about. Koh Chang (only not at Gennady's anymore, but at Sergey's neighboring tour company). And here they didn’t let me down either, everything turned out to be like in a fairy tale (the island is like in the VOUNTY advertisement). I WROTE EVERYTHING IN KATZ IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, GO ALL I WILL ANSWER.
I was also in Bangkok, but that’s another story… I can tell anyone who is interested
P/S I had breakfast in the hotel 3 times, but it was very tasty (as it seemed to me).
I will return to Thailand, but not to the Ambassador.
