Upon arrival, he said that I would pay for accommodation for a month (15.000 baht), but after 3 weeks I would need to leave for a neighboring country, and upon my return I would like to live out the paid period (1 week) and extend it for another 1-2 weeks on a monthly basis price (500 baht per day). I got ok for everything, they say you can leave without any problems, and then return, the main thing is to pay for the month.
After returning, the manager - a fat, squealing secret, went into complete denial, saying that there was no agreement. Like, the fact that you moved out a week earlier does not bother anyone (there were marks on payment for the month and departure after 3 weeks). She flatly refused to add unlived days to the new period. The price for 2 weeks was higher than you can rent on agoda.
I note that out of 22 rooms only 3 were occupied, i. е. There was no shortage of vacancies.

Very strange behavior - to expel a guest who has paid for accommodation and wants to pay more. Well, yes, they threw me for a paid week, but they lost a few more thousand baht, which I wanted to pay for the extension. Where is their profit?
Lived in the hotel before in 2015, at that time it was run at different times by Thais (others) and Russians. Everything was great. The hotel itself is pleasant. Too bad things have changed now.
If you are in this hotel and the manager is a fat secret - write down all agreements on paper word for word, maybe this will help. And it's better to find another place, because. in which case you will not go to meet this fat secret. And it will break prices from the ceiling and squeal.
