- monitor lizards roam the hotel in a businesslike way, snakes crawl (! ), cm 30, basking in the sun: they showed a bellboy, he jumped into the bushes - we thought he was scared, but he jumped out with a stick and let's swing at it, she crawled away, and which bungalow is unclear; a cloud of wasps (! At the entrance to the bungalow). The gardener as a position is absent - everything is overgrown.

NEVER take Standard! we got bungalow No. 416. at a late check-in (07:00 r. m. ) it turned out that the sink was not working in the room (the drain was clogged), the water in the shower overflowed and flooded the entire floor in the bathroom, towels were not reported, hair dryer there is nowhere (I had to buy it), there are no batteries in the TV and air conditioner remote control as such, the fan does not work, the refrigerator makes noise like a plane taking off, we woke up from fright at night.
The next day after breakfast, we change the bungalow to Superior with a surcharge. the girl Trixi from the reception (with whom, by the way, we had a nice and kind correspondence before booking the hotel and who praised the hotel for us for a long time and colorfully) gives bungalow No. surcharge for a new number (when reminded, she grimaced, but printed it out). NEVER stay in Bungalow #616! it's a demon number! located in the last row by a broken fence, then only an overgrown forest, where the hell knows who comes at night. 3 nights we couldn’t sleep, someone jumps on the roof and falls to the ground with squeals, claws scratch the skin of the house from the outside, the floorboards creak on the collapsed veranda (who walks there at night? ), someone rummages through the bags in the wardrobe and rustles packets, the front door is skewed - the light falls through the cracks and the air conditioner is still not working, the water on the floor in the bathroom and the lack of a full set of towels and the constant feeling that someone else is in the room besides us (and at night he also snores - I woke up from snoring! ). IT WAS REALLY TERRIBLE!!!!
only when we left this bungalow did we find that the veranda and the table were dripped with a candle (!!! ) - they (the owners) really drove demons out of there !!!! ! not a romantic, they arranged it there! (although at first we thought about it).
When exchanging Superior for Deluxe ((they only had Deluxe left) at no extra charge and with a scandal on my part), the manager was called, who kindly said that he knows everything, it's okay, there is a cat walking on the roof (?! ). The devil knows what I'm talking about and the girl Trixi from the reception knew it and settled there anyway (Superior from Deluxe is no different)
By the way, Russians were settled in the sixth row - this is according to observations for 10 days (they brought packets from Phuket for 2 nights), but they drank all day and all night, i. e. booed and yelled. Before our check-in and during our stay there, pensioners moved out from the neighboring four bungalows of our row the next day after check-in, moving to other bungalows; we still wondered why?
