The old tattered hotel has not been repaired since the time of Tsar Moses, the rooms stink of sewage, fungus on the walls, blood from crushed mosquitoes, food is not a fountain after 7 days they began to go to breakfast for money, but in principle you can have breakfast (bacon, fried eggs, ham, sausages, watermelon, pineapple, Thai food), plastic dishes, furniture in the "restaurant" is the same half-dead plastic. The beach is small, our fellow citizens take sunbeds from 6 in the morning, so if you come by 8, it’s not a fact that there will be enough space. By the way, the contingent of guests is 90% - the entire former USSR, 10% are Chinese. So it turns out some kind of Deja vu - Adler in 1980, something like this. Moreover, the hotel is filled to capacity and around there are decent half-empty hotels where Europeans have a cultural rest. (tour operators are pushing this hotel, apparently justifying it by the fact that it is high season and there are no other places). The safe at the reception is an iron box with a padlock (we took our own lock for every fireman). The room is cleaned every day, but the floors are not washed, they only sweep. By the way, my flashlight was stolen later during cleaning.
In general, this is the summary, if you don’t want to spoil your vacation on the wonderful island of Koh Chang, I strongly do not recommend choosing this hotel, there are many other 3 * hotels on the island that are much more worthy than the Koh Chang resort. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SHNYAGU.
