1) staff service and attitude to their work - at the highest level, they also speak English fluently
2) the rooms are average, there was no renovation for a long time, but in general nothing, solid 3 stars

1) breakfasts are monotonous
2) do not take a room with an open sky. This is of course romantic, but in the evening, when you take a shower or bath, all insects with lizards and mosquitoes climb up to you. We changed to a room in the building (it is much larger by the way)
