In general, the hotel itself is good. Spacious rooms, however, already very battered by time. Smiling staff. Clean pool. But there is one fact that crosses everything out: upon arrival at the hotel, tourists are charged a deposit, which is almost impossible to return. in our case, the deposit was taken twice, the first when ordering a room via the Internet in January, the second at the time of arrival in April.

But there is one fact that crosses everything out: upon arrival at the hotel, tourists are charged a deposit, which is almost impossible to return. in our case, the deposit was taken twice, the first when ordering a room via the Internet in January, the second at the time of arrival in April. When asked why they took a deposit a second time, there is no answer. When asked why the deposit was not returned, there is no clear answer either. E-mails get different responses every day, either every other work week or two calendar days. Three weeks later, we returned to this hotel with the question of where the deposit was (it was possible), it turned out that no one had returned the money yet (although the answers were written daily that the money had already gone). In general, until we received a refund of the deposit, almost a month has passed since the full payment for the room, there is a letter from the hotel on hand that the refund will be returned... when? No answer.
Recommendation: choose another hotel if you still decide to go to Aspen, do not pay any deposits.
