Great vacation!
We were in Slovakia for Christmas 2008. We arrived in the morning at 8-30 local time, the city of Poprad, went through customs in 30 minutes, everyone is friendly, smiling, and this is at the peak of the season.
We were met by a guide and invited everyone to the bus, we drove for about 30 minutes along the narrow roads of Slovakia, but neat, smooth, without holes.
We arrived at the hotel around 10-00, our suite was not yet ready and we went for a walk around the territory. There was a lot of snow, the temperature was -8, the nature is super!!!!! ! Very similar to the Carpathians.
Now about the hotel: the room is just a class of two floors, we were 2 adults. 2 children all clean, warm and cozy. The furniture is good (the beds do not creak), they were cleaned every day and with high quality. The bathroom is large with a toilet on the ground floor and just a toilet on the 2nd floor. We thought that only such suites went to see how other rooms are simpler and were very surprised, all rooms with similar furniture, clean and comfortable, only the footage is smaller.
Meals: morning and dinner buffet is quite normal without frills delicious.
A big plus SPA center for the residents of this hotel is free, located on the 0th floor, pool +36 C with hydro-massage around the perimeter (25 m by 50 m), 4 saunas, jacuzzi, very warm and pleasant especially after or before skiing , in the morning there is no one in the SPA ALL the pool and saunas are just for you PLEASANT !
Skibys go to the ski lifts every 25 minutes free of charge from the hotel. The mountains are flat without potholes and mounds, for beginners it's just a paradise. The equipment was taken on the spot, all in good condition.
For families with children and not only a very good place!
