First of all, I am writing to say that in January in the high Tatras, in most cases, there are strong winds, and therefore skiing can be overshadowed by disconnected lifts. We knew about it and were mentally prepared. Of the 7 days of active skiing, only 2 can be called completely full-fledged, when all the lifts were working. We rode in the Tatra sledge and the Strebsky Pleso.
About the hotel. The choice was successful. Excellent, very modern hotel. Two elevators (I think there are 7 floors). The location is excellent, without straining to go to the chair with skis in the "skittles" on their feet. Breakfast, dinner - buffet, but the choice of dishes is more than expected.
