The location of the hotel is wonderful. Cleanliness, atmosphere, comfort in the hotel - everything is super. The spa is wonderful. Settled quickly, all the requests of the receptionist reacted immediately. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant "Ludova" - the staff is weak, one evening a drunk waiter served us, absolutely not friendly, rude and unprofessional waiters. Because of which there was a sediment during our stay at the hotel. You can immediately feel the quality of food from one change of cooks from another.
