5 star hotel with a hundred years of history. Unfortunately, even for such a long time of existence, the hotel failed to organize the work of its staff. During the week of stay, the room was not cleaned 2 times, and after the first time there was an appeal to the reception, where they allegedly took measures, but when they later asked to clean the balcony full of birds, recalling that balconies should be cleaned in a hotel of such stardom, they received not only an uncleaned balcony, but also an uncleaned room. Then, however, they apologized and the next day they removed it. A hotel with pompous architecture, but absolutely not cozy, the staff speaks only English. Located on the main street of the city, all day long there is also noise from numerous cafes located along the sea, where music plays until 2 am (closed plastic windows do not protect against noise). The hotel does not have its own beach, rents it from other hotels, go to the beach 500 meters away. There is no entertainment for guests, only 3 times a week they show films in English with German subtitles. The food leaves much to be desired, if breakfast is still difficult to spoil, then lunch and dinner result in decent amounts, but it seems that the chef spent all his skills on the designer side of the dish, you can watch, but not always eat. That is, the hotel does not deserve the undeclared star rating or the money that guests pay for staying in it.
