True, we were met at the airport (thanks to the travel agency), delivered at 12 noon, and check-in, to our great regret, at 15 o'clock. Can you imagine, we (3 couples, all over 50 years old) tired of the flight, in winter clothes... 3 hours stuck in front of the Reception, there was nowhere to sit there (! ), And they settled us only at 16 o'clock. This is what we did not expect from such a hotel! I even wanted to cry, the rest was spoiled so immediately. True, then everything was fine: the pool is fabulous, the rooms are magnificent, the kitchen is good, the service is excellent. For the sake of the pool, it is worth visiting there for a couple of days, but nothing more. The restaurant is expensive. You can't open the windows in the room - construction is underway: incredible noise, dust. Good air conditioner saves. The rooms are the best.
