"Scandinavian boom: Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen!"
Departure from Lviv from Terminal-A. As promised, the Accord Tour took us and others on our way to Terminal A from Lviv Railway Station. Terminal-A didn't impress us.
We left without delay, I was glad that the bus was half full, so mostly people were seated in two seats.
And so, the first day of the schedule, the border, and then planned the city of Torun, tour Gingerbread town of Torun, the house and university of Copernicus, the Old Town Square, the town hall, the church of St. John, the Crooked Tower. Moving to Gdansk. Instead, we spent 5 hours at the border without minutes. Polish border guards said that they found contraband in the bus (meat products, sausages, etc. ), so it was carefully inspected.
Passengers, if sausages were lying on top of the show, and other things that are not allowed to be transported, were taken away, if you are now, you will not be able to eat. Passengers calmly waited for our bus to return after care. After about 15.00 we set off on the route. It seemed that the bus was traveling at a speed of 50-60 km, very slowly. Considering the mileage to Gdansk, we were hinted at an evening tour of Toruń , but after a couple of hours of driving, certainly with stops, after 3 hours, we realized that it would be nice to get to our hotel Hotel Pod Lipami in advance. I don't know if those lindens were there or not, and where that hotel was, but after 12.00 at night, we settled in Hotel Bartnik, Tszewska 1, Pszczolki. The hotel is quite good new, though without air conditioning and refrigerator. We assessed his level at breakfast, which was quite decent.
Day two, having the testimony of the first day, we realized that the control time, boarding the ferry in Gdynia, where we definitely have to arrive on time.
We are planning excursions to the Golden Gate of the Commonwealth-Gdansk, which is included in the price of the tour. Further free time optional castle Malbrook 38euro, Resort Sopot 26e. Since, in addition to us, there were 2 more Ukrainian buses, excursions to the castle in Sopot. We went to Malbrook Castle. He needed to be seen, we realized that already there. The Teutonic Order, many buildings, well built and furnished with an interesting tour, is worth a visit.
Boarding the ship. Besides us, a sea of people, some Scandinavians with public suitcases, German and English-speaking audiences were loaded. The Stena Line was transported by ferry with Polish staff. It has 10 floors. We came across a cabin on the 7th deck, our vehicles were on the lower ones, there were buses, cars, motorcycles, everyone who came. At 9 o'clock in the evening we left Gdynia and according to the schedule at half past eight in the morning we have to arrive in Sweden at the port of Karlskrona.
The cabins themselves were small and housed four people at the firm, we paid extra for our cabin 40s per one, 20s back and forth, in order to have two in the cabin, all the others who did not pay extra were four men, all warned that things were not taken from the bus, as there is no place to put them. Cabin with TV, it is possible to take a shower. On the 8th, 9th floor there were french fries, other entertainment and catering establishments (the fighter is expensive, they didn't go to the casino, they ate their own. On the 10th floor they said that the deck was open, but it didn't work out. The weather was good, so there was no sign of a sea duck. We were picked up on the radio in time, the captain was warned to vacate the cabins in time at 7 o'clock. The weather was great, it was sunny, it was warm and we took our seats on our bus.
And so the third day. Those who had time had breakfast on the ship. We were waiting for a day trip through Sweden, to the capital Stockholm is about 500 km, which should take about 6 hours. After calculating when we should go to the hotel, we realized that it would take about 2-3 hours to get to Stockholm. The tour of the capital was interesting, we did not take electives. Everything that interested us is nearby. We walked independently in the center of the capital, took photos. Stayed overnight at the planned hotel Scandic Grand. The hotel is good, though without air conditioning and refrigerator. Breakfast was on the level.
The fourth day. We went to the Norwegian capital Oslo. After the sightseeing tour we visited the park on our own. The capital of Norway, impressed with its unique architecture, where there are no completely similar buildings. Overnight in a decent hotel, without air conditioning and refrigerator.
Fifth day. Moving to Helsingborg. Stop in Gothenburg.
We chose a tour of the Secrets and Legends of the Royal Castles 48e + entrance. Ticket, Hamlet Castle Kronborg, and Frederiksborg Castle. The castles are located in Denmark, which can be reached by water tram. During the formation of the group, it turned out that the planned tour will not be, as there were not enough people willing, as there were no longer three buses, but only one. We are very sorry for this tour, but one thing was written, and in fact it may not be so. It was necessary that half of the bus went on a tour, if not, free time. Check-in at the Malmo Arena Hotel. Hotel on the level.
Sixth day. Moving to Denmark in the capital Copenhagen. From us for the Oresund bridge, for some reason collected on 12e. First a bridge, an island, and then an underwater tunnel 8 km. Copenhagen sightseeing tour, additionally rode through the canals of Copenhagen. We reached the canal on foot.
The tour cost our guide 18 Danish kroner, although the entrance ticket cost only 5 Danish kroner, the tour in three languages besides English, Danish and probably Swedish. It is not clear what the tour of our chord guide consisted of. Afterwards, they visited Rosenberg Castle on their own, as well as the residence of the Queen of Denmark. It is not clear why such outstanding places were not shown to us on a sightseeing tour. Then the way to Karlskrona by ferry. Almost the same, only the cabins without a TV, the receptionists were asked why so without a TV. Departure and breakfast as before.
Last day. Moving to Lviv. Stop in Poland to shop, you need to have zlotys, euros and dollars do not pass. Late arrival in Lviv at about 1.00.
Conclusion. Definitely great without night transfers, but the whole day you go on excursions there is little time left.
Therefore, in terms of excursions, night travel is more profitable, if, of course, you sleep on the bus. If, because we do not sleep, then after the night moves it is difficult to go on excursions. Everyone needs to decide here. The bus was not bad, the guide was a bit silent, they played various movies and old Italian music, maybe they went to Italy. What I would like is to have more information about the country from the guide, and this, unfortunately, was not the case, as well as coffee on the bus, as before.
