They came for the weekend. We fell under the "soviet press" of the administration - we have a "duty menu", and we have never seen this menu in our eyes for two days. "What we give, then eat. " The last straw was a green orange served to a 3.4-year-old child for an afternoon snack, and "off-duty" vacationers ate pies. "It's the way it is with us" - the answer of the canteen administrator - "you plan your meals and in two days we will cover it for you"! But! The man just arrived for two days! In general, with the fight, with the scandal, my son received a pie and a piece of meat instead of a "duty" cutlet. In the absence of a children's table and menu, it is not at all clear why the management of the sanatorium takes money from children - for old soviet playgrounds or for fresh air. For pensioners - expanse, but for families with children - a headache - how and where to feed the child. I do not recommend to parents with children - or discuss all the conditions with the Administration in advance - but not at the reception - they do not decide anything. I put a deuce and I will send a claim for a refund for the child - gentlemen, management, the Sosnovy Bor sanatorium - you are not in the 90s, you can’t make money out of thin air! Be kind to provide services for what you take money!
Pros: the nature is gorgeous, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is wonderful, the food is very tasty and rich (a simple table) / a lot of sweets such as sweets, dried apricots, prunes, pies, etc. (buffet) surcharge 350 rubles per person. There is a mini animal zoo is nice too
Cons: a swimming pool every other day, a salt mine (you need to buy a set of 108 rubles at your own expense. They are provided everywhere in other sanatoriums), a gym is paid, skiing in winter for up to three hours at your own expense, and you don’t have time to go on them because there is treatment, billiards tennis is paid. Treatment until almost three in the afternoon is not enough. Sometimes there is no toilet paper and no cups either.
Medical water in the pump room - they took it home - a strong precipitate of yellow sand fell out, I'm in shock!
But in general I liked the sanatorium, in the summer I think the beauty is even stronger
I decided to treat what else is possible, and not far from my city)) I was looking for something for the January holidays, but the prices of domestic tourism "smiled" only for sanatorium treatment.
I took it for 9 days (of which 2 days, January 7 and 10, turned out to be days off) in the economy option - buildings 5 and 6 remained at a price of 2200 per day with accommodation in a double standard room.
You can live, there was no repair in our wing of the building, the furniture is not new, the shower is a hole in the floor. But don't be afraid. Do not scare me - I saw adequate European 2 *.
I read reviews "there is nothing to eat", "people run to Pyaterochka for feeding", etc. I thought that a week of dietary nutrition would not harm my body, and suddenly I would lose weight. Eh. Failed. They fed normally. Two halls in the local "restaurant" (sorry, but the restaurant still does not pull))). There are two rooms - a Swedish (Turkish version) and a semi-buffet, meat - a choice of 3 options to order (waitresses bring), and you choose and bring drinks, side dishes and first courses. Three meals a day, fruit once or twice a day, afternoon snack (yogurt-ryazhenka, baked goods), kefir at night (0.5 l). Even for breakfast you could choose meat. Where can you get hungry here... (((But she smiled at the crowded plates of some "comrades", I immediately remembered the same picture in the resorts of Egypt and Turkey . . With a "lack" of food, you can go to the "buffet hall" - for an additional fee of 350 rupees per day. There's more choice. Didn't look in. They said.
The attitude of the medical staff is quite normal. Not rude, helpful and friendly, regardless of the paid procedures. In principle, I did not want to spend money on paid services, but I could not resist, since some procedures (speleological chamber) were paid. But tolerable - 50 rubles a session of 30-35 minutes. I took an oxygen cocktail (50 r) and a magnetoturbotron. At the expense of the latter, I first paid for 3 procedures, then read it on the Internet, risked spending all the recommended minutes. The procedure resembles a tomogram - you lie down on a couch, which is rolled into a capsule. It is advisable not to move, although the nurses said that the movements are not limited. I had many restrictions after the operation, so I took the treatment to a minimum - massage, herbal tea, laser, dry carbon dioxide vynn (a curious procedure - you sit like in a cedar barrel, but let a warm current of carbon dioxide pass through), inhalations. I've had enough. I saw "driven" vacationers who had to be in time for parallel procedures).
You can walk a lot and for a long time. During the day - complete charm, in the evening - there was not enough lighting. There is a living corner in the sanatorium - a reindeer, a white pony, two horses. The living creatures are biting, it is written about it on the enclosures. Didn't dare to check.
In principle, I rested mentally, walked a lot - before breakfast, before lunch, between lunch and afternoon tea, between afternoon tea and dinner, a little after dinner. A real pine forest + birches + spruces (and blue ones too). I wanted to sleep all the time, but I only slept at home)))
What to pay attention to the administration and vacationers: insufficient lighting for evening walks and the lack of visible security of the sanatorium. Through the entrance I saw repeatedly how the locals went with skis into the forest through the sanatorium. But it was more alarming that in the local bar my neighbors saw local guys who didn’t drink tea and coffee at all, but with them the girls from Constellation, who came to the sanatorium for three days to perform.
In general, you can relax.
