I fully agree with the previous review! Interested in where the hotel has 4 stars. In a double room (ordered for two, respectively), a set of towels and bathroom accessories for only one person. They called the maid and asked them to bring the kit, an hour passed, they called the administrator, they reminded us that we had a problem with this, they brought it in 40 minutes. We asked the maid about the availability of bathrobes, it turns out there is, and no payment is needed. Why not immediately put bathrobes in the room and the rest is not clear.
The room is quite cold.
The mini bar will be filled if you put a deposit of thousand rubles, this was later deducted on the site, the administrator did not offer. We dined in the lobby bar, absolutely not tasty and insipid.
Breakfasts are mediocre. For coffee, tea, neither lemon nor cream, cheese-ham - of dubious quality. Yogurt is poured into glasses. There were no salads (light ones). The staff is not aware of friendliness. When paying for numbers, no checks are given, but a copy of the passport is removed.
