With a request to return the money for not staying at the hotel, we were immediately kicked off. We talked for a long time about the return, which we were promised to do in 3 days. Agreeing to a return after 3 days, we were very surprised to learn that only half will be returned to us?!! ! We don't want to stay at the hotel again! We want to forget about it like a bad dream!
