The room is dirty with layers of dust. The bathtub was disgustingly dirty, with gray dirty stains. The hose in the shower was broken, the water was leaking in drops. Hot water by the hour. No hairdryer in the room. There is no drinking water tap. The refrigerator didn't work. The elevator broke down, we got stuck in it and the call bell didn't work. I had to knock on the elevator door for someone to hear. One of us hurt his finger banging on the door. We sat in this tiny elevator for over an hour, it was very hot, oxygen was low, there was no light, and the hotel staff not only did not ask us how we were, but they said that we were only stuck there for only 10 minutes and this was a "temporary inconvenience" ", and refused to change the room from the 9th floor to the lower floor, so as not to use the elevator. When we pointed out that a broken elevator, a broken call bell, and that the fact that people could suffocate is not a temporary inconvenience, but a life-threatening situation, they shrugged their shoulders saying that it was not their fault, and there was nothing they could do . I pointed out that we could be on our way to the airport and miss our flight, but they made it clear they didn't care. The hotel is located next to a huge market, so every morning from 7 am around the noise from traders and erection of tents. The hotel does not offer information about additional services such as Internet or breakfast, you must call and find out everything. We will never return to this hotel again.
