The hotel is generally ok, but Wi-Fi sometimes disappears. The restaurant, of course, is a little expensive, I think it could have been more modest. I attended the conference as a guest. Comfortable, bright, clean room, but not enough equipment. Limited opportunities for conferences. Due to the fact that the hotel allegedly had a force majeure (football players with a late check-out, which the hotel found out the day before), the check-in took place instead of the set time at 17:30. At the same time, the hotel staff called the day before check-in with the question of whether we would arrive exactly and at what time: that is, they knew that they would check us in only in the evening and did not inform us. … More ▾ Due to the fact that the hotel allegedly had a force majeure (football players with a late check-out, which the hotel found out the day before), the check-in took place instead of the set time at 17:30. At the same time, the hotel staff called the day before check-in with the question of whether we would arrive exactly and at what time: that is, they knew that they would check us in only in the evening and did not inform us. We would have rebooked the hotel, and not walked off the road for 6 hours without washing and resting. Is the hotel policy not to lose money? At the same time, the reception staff apologized and said that they were not to blame. Which is just ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. And the manager had the day off. The normal situation is that no one can resolve the issue, offer alternatives, but simply say: go for a walk. At the same time, people were evicted while I was trying to get a check-in on time (from rooms of better categories than the one we booked), which no one offered. This whole situation is basically nonsense. . No compliments or compensation were offered by the staff either, until I simply requested a late check out the next day, which was granted, not even offered to leave luggage. The hotel has a lot of options to really apologize: offer a free dinner, sweets / champagne, a room of the best category, etc. From a chain hotel, such an attitude towards customers is the first time, and even in hostels this has not happened in crowded Turkish hotels during the season. Only the maid, perhaps, in this situation is a solid five, which cleaned the room in 20-30 minutes. The room was with windows on the avenue and access to the visor, which is probably why the windows did not open. But these are trifles in comparison with the settlement. The rest of the room is good, spacious, with everything you need. Breakfast varied, tasty, but for some reason there were no scrambled eggs. The summary is: Hilton, not Hilton, but the attitude is far from network standards, provincial soviet service
