With the initial agreement for 4 days, it turned out that she had 3 days written in her journal. As a result, we with neighbors with 3 children were simply evicted from the rooms. At the same time, on the day of arrival, we specified both about 4 days and about the date of departure, THE MONEY TAKEN FROM US FOR 4 DAYS. In the end, I was accused of being my mistake. And the road to the house - 5 hours. And the neighbors don’t have a car at all, they just have to come for them the next day.
In addition, having agreed on a boat trip for 6 adults and two children, it turned out that 7 adults and 3 children were traveling. The cost of the trip was not recalculated to us. In addition, with the originally declared "Children are free", they eventually took 500 rubles. for an 8 year old child. "What are you listening to? " said the hostess.
