We looked around all the sites with hotels in Vladimir, we decided to stay at the hotel "at the Golden Gate" because we liked the location... We booked a double room at the hotel "at the Golden Gate" for a month, clarified exactly whether the room was booked, whether it was necessary to pay something, we were told that nothing was needed, the surname was written down... We decided 3 days before arrival to call and clarify... It turned out that there was no reservation !! ! I had to frantically look for another hotel, because the tickets for their tour are already on hand... Dishonorable! ! The administrator who took the order - Elena... No explanation was provided why this happened... And even more so apologies... Apparently the staff is not competent, they are not brought up.
