Good afternoon. Without putting it far in the box, I would like to leave a review about the Goncharov Hotel, located in the city of Ulyanovsk. My goal is to keep future guests away from this hotel. On July 5.2018, my husband and I arrived at the hotel. I booked a room on February 14, a suite. The reason for choosing this hotel was the photo and description of the room on the hotel website, the presence of a jacuzzi, saunas in the room, room size, parking, and included breakfast.

Without putting it far in the box, I would like to leave a review about the Goncharov Hotel, located in the city of Ulyanovsk. My goal is to keep future guests away from this hotel.
On July 5.2018, my husband and I arrived at the hotel. I booked a room on February 14, a suite. The reason for choosing this hotel was the photo and description of the room on the hotel website, the presence of a jacuzzi, saunas in the room, room size, parking, and included breakfast. My husband had an Anniversary, I was preparing for it in advance, and since we had not rested as a family for a long time, this was a wonderful gift, as I thought at that time.
And now the day has come. We arrived at the hotel, at the check-in desks, we were greeted by a hotel employee, we immediately asked how to park the car, to which we were told that the parking lot was closed for repairs and offered to leave the car on the road, then we were asked for passports, we waited 20 minutes, until an experienced employee copes with the printer, prompting where to press it all the same so that the result is faster. Regarding breakfast, we were told the following: “Breakfast at the hotel from 7 to 10, but there are a lot of military men in the hotel, they go to breakfast at 7.30, so all places are occupied, and we may simply not have enough food until 10. ” So far, this has not spoiled our holiday. We were registered, we paid for the room and we were offered to go into it. The surprise was that the Suite is located on the ground floor and it is located in the entrance area (reception, cafe and passage to other rooms). The employee with great difficulty opened it for us. And what do we see! Dark, scary, dirty room, ugly worn out sofas. The picture with the photo of the Lux number does not match at all, or rather, add shabbiness and dirt to these photos - here is the Lux number for you. We were offered to stay in it, but we still decided to ask about the jacuzzi (although it's just a corner bath) and sauna. To which we were told that the jacuzzi and sauna DO NOT WORK! DOES NOT WORK! , but for what you're sorry you call this room LUX! What are you getting money for? Why was my surprise ruined! Why didn't anyone warn me earlier. It's just creepy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!! ! What else can await the guests is even scary to imagine. What if they were newlyweds? It's just scary to imagine. Still, having escaped from this bedbug, I’m not afraid of this word, we found a good hotel in our city, where, in addition to a chic room and a delicious breakfast, we were expected by kind, competent and helpful staff, where there was a chic pool and sauna. And yet the holiday was saved.
