There was a correspondence when booking with the designation of specific requirements on my part - clean room (baby, I'm allergic), quiet room (baby), far from smoking areas (baby, I'm allergic), the ability to place a playpen, the room is not with skylights , room with one double bed. The hotel confirmed everything, wrote that everything would be done in the best light - it would be quiet, clean, far from smoking, that a room on the 1st floor was booked for me. I calmed down, I did not look for another hotel. and here's the horrendous result:!!!!!
1. on the day of arrival, when we were already on the road, I receive an SMS with the question "what kind of bed do you need? " - I understand that the employee is not aware of the reservation (and this information is indicated there) and I ask you to raise all correspondence with all the conditions !!!!
2. we arrive at the hotel - I call my last name - "did you book a room with us? " - after instructions on SMS, they suddenly find me.
3. when filling out the contract, the employee indicates the number 17 on the 3rd floor with skylights - to the question "are you familiar with the conditions of the reservation? " silence and silence....I take out my printout with the reservation and correspondence and understand that no one knows, and my number has been given to others!!!!! ! They offer me number 1 and that it will fit everything. Well, it will be good. I sign and pay.
4. when signing, I ask about cleaning, they promise me that the room is clean and cleaned there. I go to the room - there is dirt in the nightstands, the windowsills have not been washed for at least a week, cleaning products are spilled in the bathroom, there is dirt and foreign hair all over the floor, including male curls, under the bed is dirty!!! ! The room was not cleaned!!!! ! I ask for cleaning, as a result of which we, with a baby, are forced to wait for the washing of the room, although we arrived at about 4 pm. As a result, after cleaning, dirt remained under the bed, dust on cabinets, TV, etc.
5. The room was promised to be quiet, but the hotel is cardboard. Firstly, when you open any door and close it not in your room, the walls of your room from air jams apparently (improper ventilation of the building) just vibrate terribly, your door shakes. At night it is a quiet horror. Everything that happens in neighboring rooms - happens in your head. You clearly hear what they are talking about. And yes... in the middle of the night, intercourse with the appropriate sounds will be practiced on your child's head.
6. Room 1 is located at the front door of the hotel and cars are parked nearby. Accordingly, the knocks of trunks, suitcases, door slams, conversations at the entrance and cars, all this will happen in your room with a clear volume both day and night !!!!
7. Noisy companies come in, whose behavior no one limits - they drink alcohol with yelling and obscenity with the windows open in the smoking room on the 2nd floor, they are buffooning at the windows of the room on the 1st floor and the staff does nothing. My husband had to calm these visitors himself at 3 o'clock in the morning!!!!
8. SMOKING!!! ! You will choke on it!!! ! Despite the presence of a smoking room with a fan in the window, the window to the smoking room is always wide open, all the smoke and fumes of cigarettes go straight to your room (the smoking room is practically on us). I warned that I was allergic, I warned that I had a baby, in fact, several times a day, for all 3 days I asked the employees to stop this. But no! They didn't care and didn't do anything.
9. SMOKING!! ! It is normal to tar at the front door of the hotel, that is, right under the windows of room 1!!!!! ! We with the child including at night suffocated!!! ! We had to run all three days on our own, including running around at night and kicking people out. To my question - "did the employees warn you" people answered NO !!!! ! And the employees were silent at all my requests, snapped and did nothing!!! ! Bestiality is real!!!!!
10. The constant noise of running water in the bathroom. The wall is sweating - water is pouring straight over it.
11. Ventilation in the bathroom is either missing or not working.
12. One of the fire detectors did not work.
13. Only one bathrobe with stains was put on.
14. All hygiene products that are stated in the description must be requested. Freely available only shampoo, body gel, liquid soap. Firms are not known - all in flasks.
15. The ironing board, which, according to the employees, was supposed to be in the closet, was in fact absent.
16. Disgusting communication and work of the staff.
17. The mattress cover was stretched not with the terry side up, as it should be, so that you do not lie on the oilcloth, but with the oilcloth up.
18. bed linen is hard, rough, washed out.
19. The check and the contract were issued only before departure, when we announced this.
20. when issuing the check and the contract, my initials were filled in incorrectly.
At the time of writing the review on August 4.21. 00 Moscow time (that is, a day and a half had passed since the complaint was written and check-out), no one from the hotel called or apologized. I'm waiting for a reaction. Will not do. We will have to contact the relevant authorities so that other people do not suffer so much.
