We had a room that cost 2800 rubles. , at the reception (I didn’t immediately realize that this was a frank scoop reception) we were asked 3220 (420 rubles for the reservation !!! ), which we were not warned about by phone! We checked in, returned in the evening, and at the reception they tell us that we forgot to pay another 100 rubles for parking a car (supposedly guarded, a granny is sitting behind the barrier), so the accommodation per day was 3320 instead of 2800. If you strive to make your service in a European way, MATCH IT! DISGUSTING PLACE! IF YOU GO TO TRAVEL, I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING IN THIS HOTEL!

The rooms, however, have fresh wallpapers, but this is only a little consolation. Of the good things in the hotel - new elevators, and that's not bad. Breakfast in a small cafe at the hotel - neither bad nor good, the usual soviet. In general, to have such hotels for such a pretty city as Tver is just a disgrace.
