Hotel ratings by criteria:
We rested in the boarding house "Shepsi" from August 11 to August 21.2007. The company was large, 3 adults, a child of 7 years old, 2 girls of 19 years old.
I will try to objectively describe all the positive and negative points.

1. Settlement: score 2.

According to the rules, check-in is made from 12.00, we arrived at 17.00, but for some reason there were no free rooms, after an hour of running around from one building to another, we found a room. Half of the company moved in, the second half of the company got room number 5 in building 3. When we began to DOWN into the corridor into which the doors of our room opened, with each step we were more and more horrified. The smell of a damp basement or cellar was unbearable, and when we opened the room, our condition was difficult to describe. SHOCK!! ! The stench is unbearable! The child and grandmother immediately coughed and flew out of this room. The walls are covered with water stains and mold, it feels like you are in a cellar with potatoes. We categorically refused to enter such a room. Living there was simply not safe for health. At 20.00 we were settled in 2 different rooms in different buildings. The situation was resolved only by 11 o'clock the next morning, after another 1 hour of running around the buildings in search of a free room.

2. Rooms: Grade 2.
The rooms are run down and dirty. 30 years ago they may have looked good, but now they are some kind of rubbish. The floors are not clear what (the parquet is dirty and with worn varnish). The closet stank so much that we had to pull a rope in the room and hang dresses there. And the child's shoes, which I foolishly put there, will now have to be thrown away. In the combined bathroom, the shower sticks right out of the wall and all the water from the shower and sink goes into a hole under the sink. That is, if you take a shower, then the entire toilet will be in the water. The feeling of the room is that it is not heated in winter, so everything is damp and very, very old.

3. Nutrition: rating 4+.
It is impossible to objectively evaluate the food, but we really liked it. Always 2 dishes on the table. At every meal, either meat, or fish, or chicken. Let the food and canteen, but at a very good level. The only thing we personally lacked was sweets (we were spoiled in Turkey). And the trouble with fruit, they gave some kind of green apples and plums, only the grapes were normal.

4. From pleasant:
The air is magnificent, I have never seen anything like it. The sea is clean. Nature is very beautiful. The staff is very polite and friendly, thank you very much! That's who tries so it's them! (cleaners, however, should be given Ts. U. ) Thanks to the animators! Goodies! If there is a desire to participate in all activities, then they will not let you get bored. The child is delighted, and we liked the daily evening shows. Thank them!

5. From the unpleasant:

There is no air conditioning anywhere, not even in the dining room. The beach is not pebbly, but of cobblestones. There is not a single water cooler, and, given that the boarding house is on a mountain, the delivery of drinking water turns into a small nuisance. There was a situation that we asked neighbors for water for a child out of inexperience, then we did not allow such oversights. They came from the sea, the cafe on the territory is closed (you can buy water there, but it's expensive), there is boiling water in the dining room. There are almost no local fruits in the bazaar and everything is more expensive than at home.
Despite all of the above, our vacation was a success, we didn’t want to leave, we adapted to everything, but the conclusion was unpleasant. In our Black Sea resorts, the price does not match the quality, for the next 5 years, or maybe more, we will not go there. In the same Turkey and Egypt, it is much more pleasant and comfortable to rest, and sometimes cheaper. If you calculate how much money was spent in total, for drinking, fruit, wine, travel, etc. , then Turkey is definitely cheaper.
