I liked everything. Special thanks to the cook for the expertly cooked cod. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Pilgrims from Kharkov recommend staying at the Priyut Hotel on the Solovetsky Island. After a long journey - this is really a shelter - warm, comfortable, homely. But I didn’t like the Shelter Hotel. Since we had a terrible situation with the administrator Ekaterina Grigorieva. Not there for a long time: July 17.2011. My relatives (6 people) arrived there. I booked rooms at the end of May. They said they didn't have any armor. They didn't even offer any alternatives. Imagine how they were. … More ▾ But I didn’t like the Shelter Hotel. They said they didn't have any armor. They didn't even offer any alternatives. Imagine how they were. And the administrator girl did not take any action to help my family! It worked terribly! You can’t do this with people: (((But I must say thanks to another hotel "Prichal" that could, accepted my family : ))) Thank you very much to them!

Wonderful "home" hotel. The oldest private hotel on the island. It is located directly opposite the Solovetsky Monastery in a 7-minute walk. Near the Maritime Museum. good weather, of course.
The hotel consists of 3 residential buildings and an "administrative" building, which is also a cafe. Conditions in them, as I understand it, are different. There are amenities on the block, we had amenities in the room. Someone from the group had a TV. And in the morning he held "political information" about the weather. We got the newest house with 5 rooms. He is still
not finished to the end - the second floor is closed and there is little decor.
The room has two single beds, two bedside tables, a table, two stools, a small electric kettle, two cups, a hanger, a sconce in the form of a lantern above the bed, towels - large and small. The bathroom is small - a shower with a curtain, a sink, a toilet.
We had breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast is very satisfying (in my opinion).
Milk porridge, pancakes or 2 cheesecakes with sour cream, toast, cheese, sausage, butter, juice. Tea (black, green), coffee in bags, boiling water in a thermos, cookies, caramels in unlimited
quantities per rack.
The hotel prepares only breakfast, the rest is by agreement and for a fee. Upon arrival, we were fed amazing pies with catfish. And on the last day we asked to cook them again. They did it to us, but with herring. Also very tasty!
The hotel has great staff! Always welcoming, always ready to help and suggest how, where and why. ; -))) Many thanks to the girls - waitresses (unfortunately I don't know their names), Nikita, Ekaterina and the rest for your work.
I especially want to say about the design. The entire hotel and territory is creatively decorated with hand-made products: dolls, panels, bottles, toys, etc. This creates a special, cozy atmosphere!
There are shortcomings, but they do not strain. Most are easily removed. ; -)
1) The mattresses are probably too thin and soft. You sleep on the "ribs" of the bed. Very uncomfortable.
2) The bulbs in the sconces are too bright.
3) Near the hotel there is a bay with stagnant water. Because of the rare 30 degree heat, everything in it bloomed and smelled bad. Periodically, the wind brought "it" to the hotel. Those who lived in the house closer felt all the charm to the fullest.
But I think this is not a problem, because the heat on Solovki is a rare phenomenon.

In general - a solid 4+. People do everything to make guests feel comfortable and have a good rest.
Thank them! Keep it up! Health and prosperity!

It is located on Seldyany Cape, which is a five-minute walk from the Solovetsky Kremlin. We walked from the pier to the hotel, and our things were safely delivered to the hotel in a local "jeep". At the hotel, a chic tea party with catfish pies was already waiting for us. In our tour, only breakfasts and one dinner were provided, everything else had to be ordered additionally. I'll tell you a secret that the breakfast was very satisfying and varied, I had enough strength and energy until the evening. Breakfast consisted of porridge, yogurt, cheese, sausages, butter, bread, tea and biscuits in unlimited quantities and you could always take a mug of tea, biscuits or sweets at the bar and for free. We ordered dinner for an additional fee, it seemed to be ordinary products, old cooking recipes, and everything was cooked exquisitely and tasty, you will lick your fingers, a complex dinner costs 400 rubles
The hotel is presented in the form of three two-story houses with a variety of designs and amenities. The first house with rooms only on the ground floor with amenities on the block, but with a delightful design, a large wooden staircase, under which there are wicker chairs with cushions and a table where you can drink coffee and watch the sunset over the Kremlin in the late evening. The second one is located opposite the first one, rooms with en-suite facilities, also with delightful design and a charming view of the Kremlin.
My room was in a summer house, also two-story, but there are only five double rooms on the first floor, as it was recently built, and there is no chic design yet. The room has two single beds, two large and small towels, two bedside tables, a wall lamp in the form of lanterns, a table, a kettle, two tea mugs, a clothes rack and two very original hangers made of tree trunks. The bathroom consisted of a shower, toilet, sink with a tap and liquid soap, everything you need to relax.
As in all European hotels, here at the bar you could take a map of the Solovetsky Island, buy a guidebook and even unusual handmade souvenirs that the hotel owners themselves make . . The White Sea is rarely warm and the coast is full of different stones and boulders, but the hotel owners they explained to us where the sandy beach is located and you can swim.
Also on the territory of the hotel there is an administration-coffee, consisting of two halls, the first hall in the form of a living room, where we had breakfast and sometimes dinner throughout the rest, since we had a friendly group and we went almost together, the lack of a TV was not felt at all , since we learned all the political information at breakfast. The second hall is “stone” with a fireplace, a piano, low tables, sofas, ottomans, it is very good to drink freshly brewed coffee in the evening and talk with tourists and hotel owners.
Our last day on Solovki was free and according to the program only breakfast, we asked the owners of the hotel to organize a farewell tea party for an extra charge, and again pies were waiting for us, only with herring.
Everything in the hotel is done so that tourists feel comfortable and convenient, you will be met and taken to the ship at the set hour, you just relax and don’t worry about anything else.
Many thanks to the owners of the hotel Katya and Nikita, as well as to the staff, for their kindness, tolerance and ability to find an approach to each guest.
