1. They always settled quickly, clearly, perhaps because the rooms we had were privileged. No complaints. We had a service: early check-in / late check-out, and they gave us other free rooms so that we could relax there if ours was busy.
2. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and a sauna (or a hammam is properly called). Quite good. The lounge area near the hotel (armchairs and tables outside) is also a plus. You can sit, eat, drink coffee in the air. The food is quite good. With you, the chef prepared omelettes with fillings of your choice. Well, there was some variety. We were only for breakfast, so I can not say anything about lunches and dinners. The service is excellent. There is a room service. But the cleaning sucked. It seemed to be clean. But somehow, when checking in, I found a dirty toilet and a brush... so the cleaning service was limping.
We did not go to the hotel's beach, we went to sunbathe on the lake nearby. so I can't say anything. But I liked this hotel.
