We rested in August 2012 with a family of 4 people, two of whom are children of 6 years and 10 months. Tickets were bought for 200.000 rubles. for 18 days of rest. I want to say that we have never been worse anywhere. The unsanitary conditions are terrible!! ! The sanatorium positions itself as a high-level rest and treatment. All photos of rooms posted on websites and from tour operators are far from the truth. There are only 2 such rooms for the entire resort, according to the receptionist. The front desk staff is generally clueless. They have 3 canteens, one of which is for children, which has a free wheelchair access, plastic dishes for children, high chairs and supposedly a children's menu from 3 years old. We learned about this dining room later. For some reason, the girls from the reception assigned us to the dining room, which you need to climb the stairs, despite the fact that we arrived in a stroller with a child. The fact is that there are turnstiles with magnetic keys everywhere, which are issued for the duration of the rest, and you can’t use them to enter other halls. The food was the lowest quality food, and it was cooked so badly, often burnt. . Once they even served raw potatoes. The chicken was given only 4 times, and that one was all finely chopped. Mostly there were offal or something chopped mixed with some vegetables. Of the fruits there were apples and bananas, 2 times they gave a melon. The older child had nothing to eat at all. And this is a type of vacation with children. 15 minutes before the end of the designated opening hours of the dining room, they hinted to vacate the premises as soon as possible. Even for money in a nearby store, there was little that could be bought. There seem to be additional cafes on the territory, but everything is paid, all entertainment is paid, in general, any step for an additional cost, and even the attitude that it was as if they showed up at their house without an invitation. They didn’t want to change the bed, saying that we ourselves should wash and dry it ourselves, and only then they would give us a new set of linen. But the most frustrating thing was that the medical staff and their entire system did not meet the stated requirements. Doctors are so illiterate that there are simply no words for a decent description. The children caught a viral intestinal infection (most of the children there had been ill with it) in a severe form. We didn't leave the room at all for a week. The doctors did not provide any help, though they offered to go to the hospital, which is terribly overcrowded. They called their doctors, bought medicines there and treated the children themselves. And they only recommended to take "Motlium" and eat whatever you want until you are full after the child has not eaten at all for 4 days. And in the meantime, while we were fighting the disease, all the tour packages were unilaterally canceled because we missed it. I had to swear long and exhaustingly with everyone for my own money in order to restore the treatment. Although only general procedures are offered on tours, everything that is narrow-profile and really effective is all at an additional cost, and even then they don’t offer it until you yourself find out. In general, most people came to this sanatorium on free vouchers from Norilsk Nickel. And I got the impression that at the expense of people like us, who buy vouchers and support the entire sanatorium. Because for 30 thousand, everything would be fine. Territories big, beautiful, pools, mini-aqua park. But for the 260.000 rubles spent along with the road. …!!! ! you yourself understand where you could go for that kind of money, but you just wanted to treat the child and strengthen the immune system yourself.
