This is my second hotel review and unfortunately not entirely positive.
NEW YEAR TOUR from 31.12. 2012-03.01. 2013
In order:
1) We arrived on December 31.2012. at three o'clock in the afternoon, at the reception, the girl, having issued our registration, handed over the program of the New Year's tour and said: "Welcome to the hotel! , 3rd floor, room number... ". But she didn’t tell us how to find this room, and in order to find it, we had to strain ourselves and strain the vacationers with questions, since the layout of this hotel is somewhat different in its originality compared to the usual T-shaped corridors of other hotels. "Super 4-star service" : )
Suggestion to the administrator: for a 4-star hotel, I think it is possible for the administrator to accompany the visitors of the hotel who came to the hotel for the 1st time and show them the room, and also tell them where the spa center, restaurants, etc. are located along the way.

2) Having unpacked things, taken a shower from the road and from idleness looking into the program "New Year's Tour" (which was given to us earlier by the girl at the reception), we found out that we are supposed to have lunch, which ends at 15-00. We looked at the clock, the time showed 15-00, (once again, making sure that the hotel workers were not interested in replenishing the base of regular customers, since the girl could offer us to leave things in the room and go up to the restaurant for lunch) we went in search of restaurant, we didn’t have to look for it for a long time, and now at 15-05 we enter a beautiful small hall, food is a buffet. We approach the young man and say that we have just arrived and have come to dine with you, to which he looked at us very displeasedly, said through his teeth: “They have lunch until 15-00. ” After a short conversation, he grunted and went to call someone. A nice girl came out to us, who, without talking, issued coupons for us and said: “Eat to your health. ” It was nice!
Suggestion to the administrator: Maybe we need to “stimulate” the hotel staff?
3) Since this is a "New Year's tour", it was necessary to iron the clothes for the celebration of the New Year, and for this you need.......IRON. We learned by phone that we had to go down to some floor and take it in the maid’s room (I didn’t go, so I don’t know how difficult it was to find these apartments) and now, I have an iron, but they said about the ironing board that you are looking for on your floor in the hallway. I walked around two floors and the 3rd and 4th, there were NO ironing boards ! ! The most interesting ironing machine I saw on my floor only on the 3rd of the day of departure. "Super 4-star service" : )
Suggestion to the administrator: Put two ironing boards on the floor along with irons. People come to relax, not to steal!! ! And especially not to solve the problems that you create for them. You are a 4 star hotel!
4) It's cold! The room was cold! Affects the lack of heating system in the hotel. Probably the hotel is not designed to function in the winter. The split system in the room was switched on constantly for max. temperature 32 *, but the split did not heat the room up to this temperature, barely warm air blew from it, maybe 20 degrees. Although it was about +12 outside the window during the day, it was cold in the room. I know that we were not the only ones complaining about the cold rooms in the hotel. "Super 4-star service" : ))
Suggestion to the administrator: Install a heating system. Or update (repair) split systems, or, at worst, purchase convectors and offer them if necessary.

5) On the third day of our stay at the hotel, by chance, the maid (who cleaned our room) found out that we forgot to put bath towels in the bathroom. We did not lack, just because we brought our own from home. Only in the spa center I was tormented by one question all the time: why do people come with the same bath towels ? ! Where do they get them? But it turned out to be very simple. "Super 4-star service" : ))
