BUT pensioners / disabled people on social. vouchers rest in completely different conditions, unfortunately. Check-in was waiting in line for 3.5 hours (2 tired girls at the reception could hardly work quickly on a check-in of 300 people). Most of the electronic keys did not work and had to run to the reception several times to re-block.
The rooms are generally not bad, but the furniture is old, the linen is washed and even torn, there are not enough towels to change, and - oh, horror! - No pillowcases and pillows wrapped in sheets.
