My husband and I were only a day, but the impressions remained for a long time. Firstly, the hotel struck from the entrance to the reception, we did not meet such beauty in Rostov, it was very royal and at the same time cozy, we were greeted warmly, even somehow at home. At the reception, they photocopied our documents for free, which was nice, we are used to giving 5 or even 10 rubles per sheet in most hotels. Visited this place for the first time and were completely satisfied.
