The buffet never worked, the hostess was always at the barbecue by the pool (the barbecue is delicious, the boiled corn is not bad, but the assortment there is very meager). Please note: the boarding house invites families with children to relax! Various corporate events are held on the territory. On the day of our arrival, the pool was closed at 18-00 just for the sake of a private party. Songs, dances, karaoke lasted half the night. We complained to the administration several times - it turned out that no one was responsible for anything and in general they paid for everything. The next day, we suspected something was wrong when, at lunchtime, in a separate room, employees began to set up a banquet. By nightfall, all this pretty drunk company was smoking and entertaining us under the windows. I must say, the buildings are old 2-3 storey, the old windows do not protect against noise from the street at all. But we left quickly enough and without problems. SUMMARY: We will not go there again and will not recommend this boarding house to our friends!

The windows were broken in places, it was completely impossible to open and close them, I generally keep quiet about cleaning. It's good that there was a TV in the house, otherwise there is absolutely nothing to do here. On the first day it was very cold in the house, we slept in warm sweaters and woolen socks, but the second night it was impossible to sleep because of the heat and stuffiness. Upon arrival, I asked the administrator where I could find the schedule of events, to which I was given a breathtaking answer: "But we don't have any events! " The rental here is the fact that in the hall next to the administrator there are several pairs of skates of size 36 and ski boots of size 41-43 and EVERYTHING!! ! The ads on their website are completely untrue, moreover, they mislead potential customers. Where are the cafes, where are the bars? Where is the karaoke bar? Where is table tennis, where is billiards? Where is the disco or at least the cinema? A permanently closed door on the 2nd floor like a club, where there is one skewed tennis table and a collapsed pool table? Is it positioned as modern entertainment? Or an administrator, she is a bartender in a type of bar with 2 tables and sausages on the menu? From what is stated on the site, perhaps there is a pool that we did not visit, there is simply NOTHING else !! ! The dining room is an ordinary Soviet one. There was enough food, no frills, of course, but you can eat. The second courses were brought almost cold. . Instant coffee, apparently the cheapest, for breakfast they pour it into a jar on a common table for everyone. I wanted to pour a second portion of coffee, but there it was! The jar was empty! I, naive, approach the waitress with a request to pour coffee and get a refusal. Well, it's like in Soviet times, the deficit, on the cards? ! More than one serving is not allowed? ! Of the serving staff, they saw only a security guard at the entrance, two administrators, a waitress and that's it !! ! In general, a complete state of decline, neglect, devastation, scoop! During the day, only the four of us walked around the territory. It feels like you are on a deserted island. It is a pity for the time and money spent, but most of all it is a shame for the negative impressions received from such a "vacation". We won't go here again.

And, of course, for everyone - a hearty Christmas dinner with caviar sandwiches and large portions of pork chops. Although, in general, the food then did not really like it. This year we prepared ourselves - we took a significant supply of food with us, because we knew that there was a refrigerator in the Suite room. In general, it should be noted that the "Suites" in Novye Lesnye Polyany are comfortable, two-room, with modern furniture and decoration, with comfortable beds, satellite TV, two balconies and a spacious bathroom. We were looking forward to a calm and measured, but not boring vacation. Unfortunately, the expectations were not met. It turned out that the mass worker was fired back in the summer, so there was no one to organize excursions and events, but they should have, because the weather was not conducive to skiing and skating. The skating rink, of course, was not flooded. Children this year were left without animation. Artists were invited only for a couple of hours on Christmas. Mulled wine was canceled, inedible fish soup was cooked from canned fish. A hearty Christmas dinner was without caviar, and the portions were squeezed to the minimum size. Now more about nutrition. I don't know where else they serve food like this. Probably in prison. . . Every morning, porridge from the cheapest cereals, with husks. Or pasta with a small, flabby, tasteless sausage. Shared tea or cheap instant coffee. No cottage cheese products, no eggs, no sour cream, no yogurt, no jams for breakfast. For lunch, balanda soup, half-cooled, in a tureen. The appearance of the soups was such that it was impossible to determine by eye what they were made of. Some vacationers, before eating it, asked the waitress what it was cooked from. Having tried soups a couple of times, my husband and I discovered that instead of meat, pieces of raw smoked sausage float in them. From fresh vegetables, the choice was poor: cabbage, carrots, beets. If mayonnaise salads were served, then they looked so weathered, as if they had been cooked a couple of weeks before our arrival. On the penultimate day of the stay, they brought a surprise: vegetable stew. It was gray in color, similar either to the contents of a slop tank, or to half-eaten grounds from the day before yesterday's cabbage soup. It was amusing to watch how vacationers wince at the sight of this dish. How such nutrition is combined with the health-improving direction of the work of Lesnye Polyany is not at all clear. After all, high-quality and rational nutrition is one of the main components of a healthy holiday. . Naturally, with such a diet, our weekly food supply came to an end in three days, and a mountain of food waste and packaging grew in the trash can in the bathroom. It was not possible to clean the room from garbage immediately, because first you need to look for a cleaner - room cleaning, even "suite", is not done without requests from vacationers. About entertainment: 1. A trip to the grocery store in Balashikha (there are no outlets near Lesnye Polyany) 2. A disco with deafening monotonous music rumbling throughout the complex and the adjacent forest. 3. A gift of nature on the last day of our holiday - a ski trip to the temple in Almazovo through a fairy forest, thanks to the heavy snowfall that took place the night before. This is perhaps the only pleasant memory of this year's winter holidays. I informed the travel agency "Niagarra" about the unsuccessful vacation, in which I bought vouchers, by sending a letter about the listed facts to its website.
