At the same time, we approached the administrator twice, who nevertheless got through to the cafe and said that visitors were coming to them, but this did not help either. I came to rest, and not to solve someone's organizational problems, so my wife and I did not continue to "rest", we moved out. At the same time, the administrator promised that the money would be returned, but no one intends to do this either. But after we decided to move out, a cook was quickly found, to whom someone gave my phone number without my consent. At first, he terrorized me on the phone, explaining something tediously that no one had warned him, they say, sorry; then (when I said that we were moving out anyway) he looked for me around the hotel in person. Why did I need all this? Wherever you spit - some problems. And the hotel grounds are dirty and unkempt. There is nowhere to go for a walk either, because the hotel is in the middle of the village. A disgusting place. And, I repeat, no one has returned the money so far!

We looked around, went to the dining room and the pool, looked at sadly loitering people, the rooms are open - stuffiness and mustiness, everyone crowds at the entrance there is dim lighting, stale air, mothers sadly sit out the time with the children (because it’s easy to do nothing) and people catching a weak Wi-Fi signal. We drove from home for 3 hours, got hungry and already tuned in to rest, BUT looking around. . We made the decision to leave as soon as possible. I don't regret it at all. I urge the state that buys such vouchers and formally evaluates this institution (and similar ones) either to rest there with their families or turn on the brain. And not pour money into the obvious sucks for kickbacks. Shame on Kolontaevo. Either love your place and invest in it, or give it to someone who can do it.

The buildings are falling apart, and the new “Lux” building is practically not heated - the temperature in the rooms is about 15 degrees. Poor quality furniture in all rooms. The food is normal, but this is because the restaurant has a banquet service "Bon Appetite". The administration intimidates guests with some fines for this for that. There will be no more of my foot in this hole. I do not advise you to go. There is nothing to do here.

At worst, the service is negative, and there is nowhere to spend money. Here, thank God, there was a very tolerant billiard room where one could pass the evening. Also, the dining room can be attributed to the positive: a buffet, eat as much as you want, the food is edible. I got out of there every time. The waiters are funny - they rush around the hall, sweep the crumbs from the tables, clean the dishes there. By and large, the dining room is in second place in terms of time after the number. There is nowhere to walk, the territory is small: 15 minutes on foot - and you have already seen it all. For those who ski, it may be more fun, since there is equipment rental on site. Although only children will be able to skate, since the large village pond has long been lowered, and the small frozen pond before skating is the size of two kitchens in the Khrushchev.
