We arrived at this hotel for two days, early in the morning it turned out that my husband had an emergency at work and needed to return to Moscow. At the reception, we were sworn in (we specifically clarified several times) that we didn’t need any papers to confirm an early departure and unsold days, and that just a statement from the Your Resort company (their partner where we bought a ticket) in Moscow would suffice. We returned to Moscow and I immediately went to "Your Resort" and wrote a statement. They assured me that they would call back in a few days and then it would be possible to drive up for the money. After 3 (! ) weeks, when no one called, and I called back myself, they told me that they could not get through to the mobile phone, because it was "busy", but in general the hotel would not return the money, since there was no confirmation that we had left early. Disgusting feeling from such impudent lies.
The hotel itself did not like it very much - some of the rooms overlook the bathhouse, from which the burning from the firewood rises directly to the balconies and windows. The food and service are unpleasant - for dinner, my dishes were brought 40 minutes earlier than my husband's, which is just beyond, when one sits and watches how the other eats, the food is tasteless, but at the same time the price is like in a decent place in Moscow. For breakfast, they just silently bring some food, without even asking if you want it (inedible, possibly powdered omelet, etc. ), the feeling of a pitch scoop. On the territory in July there were a huge number of biting insects, it was simply impossible to walk.
