New - well forgotten old

I'll start from afar. For 12 years, as a big company, with children, we went to Vysotka for the summer. For lack of a dacha and after foreign voyages, our large company rented 5-6 rooms for 2 summer months. It attracted many positive factors: absolute safety for children, fantastic nature, absolutely clean air (magpies flew, which means air without any industrial inclusions), warm and clean Istra, friendly, sensitive and competent staff, general spiritual atmosphere, the complete absence of drunken companies (no two or three day parties, banquets, weddings, etc. ). But time passed, the children grew up and in recent years, even closing our eyes to many negative moments, we understood that Vysotka was withering, decrepit, collapsing, that nothing major was being done with the housing stock, everything was kept on the monumental laying of the building in 1974 .
They do not have a computer program, so the booking of rooms is from 2-3 beds and my two rooms (single) were already taken. Prior to the arrival of new shareholders and a new team, the booking took place in one place, the data was written out on a wooden board, and NEVER in 12 years of visiting Vysotka there was not a single overlay. To my logical question - “How is this possible in our computer time and what to do”, I was given a very revealing answer (as I later understood, this is the crown answer of the new Vysotki team) - “These are not my problems, I am engaged in only settlement! »The old team has never allowed anything even close in sound in communication with vacationers! With the involvement of forces from the old team, I was found the so-called extended room on the ground floor, in which, as the administrator girl proudly said, tomorrow, after 15.00, the newlyweds will be settled.
Knowing perfectly well the entire number of rooms at Vysotki, I was extremely surprised about what kind of room for the newlyweds we can talk about. It turned out that this is a two-room suite, on the first floor, in which my friend and her family lived for 10 years. When I was last in this room (10 years) ago, I already noticed some inconsistency of the bath-toilet and sink with generally accepted standards of operation.

At this point, I should digress a little and talk about the innovation introduced by the new team - holding weddings in tents in the air. The idea may not be bad, extra financial injections for Vysotki are needed like air. But everything is done, as in the catchphrase of V. S. Chernomyrdin - "We wanted the best, it turned out, as always. "
The wedding should take place in a joyful and upbeat atmosphere, but for vacationers who, for their money, should experience a million inconveniences, somehow eat under the stairs in the corridor, listen to loud exclamations in the ringing silence of the night, the inability to walk with children on the playground behind the building, the presence strangers and not very sober faces, all these factors create a continuous negative and inconvenience for those living in the "Vysotka" on tours. I think that weddings that are held in Vysotka are booked by residents of either Istra or nearby settlements, because the level of service and services provided by the new team does not even reach a deuce. I can say this with full responsibility, because I visited the honeymoon suite. The door could not be opened, it was skewed and therefore did not close and did not open with a key.
It was just corny open, for newlyweds it's probably great, come in on the wedding night who wants to! . I didn’t have to go further than the corridor, because what I saw was very similar to the bullpen (“monkey”) in the police stations (I had to visit for work). The toilet had a black and rusty peeling bathtub, a broken rusty sink and a black and green and rusty toilet with solid smudges, in addition to a leaking faucet. In the “so-called” large room, there are broken cabinet doors that do not close completely, and a worn carpet. In a small room, a 15 cm TV was found, naturally without a remote control, and a bed, with a history of at least 15 years. My emotions were already at the highest boiling point, I decided to go to the majestic building called "Reception" and find out why they didn't warn me right away that now there are no consoles in the rooms.
I forgot to say, at the beginning of our “constructive” conversation about our settlement, I was “accidentally” found a single room on the fifth floor, in which I had to check in either for one night or for all 10 days, the receptionist girl never was able to answer this question. The room on the first floor was supposed to be for my husband, because we, two adults and not very fragile people, were offered to settle in a single room, we gave a categorical refusal. To search for remotes for TVs, a separate person was called - "the head of the skeet", a certain Bogdan - a person in socks and slippers (the other should not have been expected), who, having risen to the 5th floor, said that the remote control from the TV in a single room it does not exist and is not expected. The last straw to all this horror was another breakdown of the elevator (which is 40 years old and works at a quarter of its power).

To my logical question - “how can I lift a heavy bag to the fifth floor and how can I still be with the remote control” - guess three times what they answered me. Even with my angelic patience (the cost of the profession), I decided to leave this unholy institution. During the three hours that I tried to check in, only the administrator girl solved my questions, none of the senior managers even tried to help in resolving this problem. As I understand it, a lot of “empty” people were recruited to serve the corps, weddings, but, unfortunately, the scheme that NEVER failed was destroyed.
I found on the Internet the star rating of Vysotki -2 *, this is an absolute lie, here you can talk about either zero (0 *) stars or minus 5 * (stars). How could such a fantastic nature, beauty, atmosphere, inner intelligence be destroyed in such a short time! ! At work, I often have to visit hotels and rest houses near Moscow.
Within walking distance from Vysotki, two hotels have been built and completely reconstructed (in Lechishchevo and Rozhdestvenno). The situation in these hotels was initially even worse than in Vysotka and one of these hotels belonged to the same trust as Vysotka, but highly professional teams in the field of hotel business came to these lands and made them out of completely abandoned and destructive buildings, super-class hotels, with a full range of services and well-trained staff! These hotels are definitely of a different price category than Vysotka, but for this, knowledgeable and experienced people are involved, so that with little funding, they can correctly prioritize and either leave Vysotka accessible to the average financial category of vacationers without losing quality, or, if this is not possible, to conduct an audit to say honestly that the former "High-rise" will no longer exist, and not to cross a hedgehog with a snake ! ! .
At the end of my review, I would like to turn to the "so-called" new team of Vysotka shareholders. If you do not know how to build a hotel business, do not take on a business that will initially lead to a complete failure, or gather a team of professionals who will tell you how to do it. People who have worked in Vysotka for many years know perfectly well how and what to do, ask at least their opinion, multiply this opinion by the advice of experienced hoteliers, and maybe then, having first carried out at least a major overhaul of the building with the replacement of plumbing, sofas and beds, your team will have the moral right to evaluate the "High-rise", at least 2 * (stars).

And at the very end of the story I will write for those who knew the last "High-rise" - Vladimirovan's Muse! You are a great woman! !
