I was only impressed by the greeting "good afternoon" from the hotel staff who met throughout the hotel, I thought, well done, they dragged their own, it's nice, but it turned out to be only for a couple of hours, I didn't hear it anymore. And then some disappointments, even for such huge money there was only purely Russian laziness, anger, rudeness and no desire to serve the guests at all. For any comments, the staff came up with some excuses and reasons that arose because of their internal routines and regulations. but shouldn't all this be built for one thing only - for the sake of the guests! In total, I mean almost everything, because everything that I had to see in these 3 days cannot be described here. The only thing that the hotel managed to foresee was the presence of mosquito repellent in the rooms. The hotel does not even have the elementary logic of cleaning and settling guests, rooms after and before big arrivals. Never recommend this place to anyone, find the best investment for money.
