The worst hotel ever!
Read to the end if you want to have a good rest for your own money!
I can safely say that the positive reviews are the reviews of the hotel staff themselves!
No, there is 1 plus - it's food! It is really tasty and fresh (but not soups).
And everything else….
Called the hotel staff when booking, they said that there are only suites! We thought, well, we’re celebrating our wedding anniversary, we’ll take a walk.
Went with my husband and small child.
If you don't know, it turns out that there is no air conditioning, incredibly dirty carpet covered in stains, no doorknob in the toilet door, shabby doors, a broken bathtub and no plug in the bathroom - it's all natural for this establishment!
Moreover, there are bathtubs in just a couple of suites and at the same time they are chipped and there is no cork! To which the reception staff absolutely calmly say - well, there is water! And thanks for that! What is water!
So taking a bath in a suite with a bag is a real service!

I was also struck by the complete indifference of the staff in emerging problems and questions!
Riding with a baby in a stroller and / or you yourself move in a stroller is just as chic!
There are 3 ramps for the entire territory, 2 of which are “on the last journey” you can’t say otherwise!
Nothing, but pump up dragging the stroller all over the heaps of steps!
They describe that they have an outdoor pool, football, volleyball field, tennis court!
Yes, I have! But the cost is simply cosmic! Rent a volleyball 400 rubles per hour and + the field itself 1500 rubles!
Not frail such a workout to turn out! Pool 850 rubles!
Well, you set high enough prices for the people who live with you, so the quality must be appropriate!!!
Horror - torn balls, the fields are just a nightmare, some of the sunbeds are broken, only 4 large umbrellas, 2 of which do not work!
For adults - animation, activities and more - the level is minus zero!
For children - everything is the same, in the children's room there are no plugs on the sockets, there is an administrator's desk at the level of children's growth - again, there are no overlays on the corners! What for?!
Okay, you don't need any entertainment, pool, games, you came without a stroller. You just want to relax in peace and quiet - eat delicious food, walk nicely along the paths under the larches and sleep soundly! - A FIG YOU! Well, at least if you're coming for the weekend!
Because in the middle of the hotel there is a big tent where weddings are buzzing from Friday to Sunday! From 12 noon to 2 am, loudspeakers are yelling, which can be heard from every corner of the territory, the presenter and music are yelling from the speakers! What kind of dinner dream is there - forget it!
And after 2 you will be pleased with drunken guests!
Everything is for you!!!
In a word - learn more carefully about the place where you go to rest!
We will never go back to this place and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! !
