The desire to see the winter brought me and my husband to the city of Petrozavodsk. Being independent tourists, this time we were forced to celebrate the New Year in the strict framework of organized tourism. Let me just say that we all really enjoyed it. It's just that my husband and I "free birds - where we want, we fly there" are not used to walking in formation. And except as part of an organized group, it was impossible to get to the coveted Karelia for the holidays.
We settled in the hotel "Masks". Good hotel. We had a two-room junior suite, clean, comfortable. The bed is big and comfortable. Shower cubicle (truth leaked slightly). The cafe is quite good. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Everything is nearby. Perhaps on our next visit to Petrozavodsk we will stop there.
