This hostel is not recommended! I'll start in order: I booked this hotel by phone, and at the same time I asked if they put it on migration registration. The hotel owner. Dmitry answered that yes, they are doing this, but he didn’t even bother to explain that they only register for migration on Tuesdays and Thursdays and, most importantly, the employee involved in migration registration, on the dates of our arrival on vacation !! ! ! This hostel is not recommended! I'll start in order:
I booked this hotel by phone, and at the same time I asked if they put it on migration registration. The hotel owner. Dmitry answered that yes, they are doing this, but he didn’t even bother to explain that they only register for migration on Tuesdays and Thursdays and, most importantly, the employee involved in migration registration, on the dates of our arrival on vacation !! ! !
We arrived at the hostel on Sunday evening, at the reception asked about migration registration, we were told that they would come tomorrow (Monday) from 7.30-8.00, an employee will come and say and do everything. We came....and there it turned out that the employee was on vacation and he would not be there until Thursday! We are in shock, as we are only 4 days away and we urgently need a migration registration! If we don't make it, we'll have to stay another week! We couldn't afford this! The administrator in our presence called this EMPLOYEE, asked him to help, got into position, but... he is a rock, he didn’t give a damn about us, and even that the hostel would lose customers! With all this, I called another hotel, they do migration registration the same day, but they didn’t have places for our dates! As a result, we lost a whole day and also money!
When I looked at this hotel, I read in the reviews that it was cold there, but the reviews were autumn and winter, so I decided that it was cold only in the heating season! I was very wrong! The rooms are cold, gloomy and damp! Sleep dressed! The rooms correspond to the photo only in part. In real life, things are much worse! The mattresses on the beds are crushed! Towels are even scary to take in hand! TV picture quality is terrible! Audibility... it's something! You can hear everything, the walls between the rooms are made of drywall and that's it! In the shower bathroom . . I even laughed, just like in GOA, a hole in the floor and that's it! The sink is so tiny that all the water when washing was on the floor + water from the shower in the same place! There are no slippers! Although there is 1/3 roll of toilet paper, tiny bars of soap, sachets of shampoo, shower gel! Toilet bowl curve to one side!
The air in the hostel is musty, damp, and if someone smokes in the room, the stink in the corridor is like a bicharney!
The only thing that cheered me up, I laughed so hard when we went into the room, saw 2 glasses and 2 shots!! ! Why are there piles then ? ! One can only guess what kind of contingent in this hostel they are used to, that they put up piles!
Wi-Fi! The first two days it was… though poor, but it was, they could only communicate in vatsap! Connecting to the Internet for work is not realistic ! ! We turned to Dmitry with this question, he, of course, "went to the meeting" and connected us to the closed Internet! How happy we were! But the joy was not long . . as much as 10 minutes! Then this connection channel disappeared, appeared the next day, but... with a new password! Thank you Dmitry for taking care of customers and for excellent Wi-Fi! ))))))))))))
Contingent. Brothers from the Southern Republics, but they are good, well-mannered people. But in the last 2 days, the Russians arrived, and that's it....the calm is over! Apparently they have hearing problems, tk. except for them in the whole hostel no one watched TV so loudly! And they didn't care what people were around! They watch TV!
Yes, by the way, on Thursday we saw an employee dealing with migration registration! Flies up to us, like we are from Kazakhstan? We answered yes, he’s all so nervous, why don’t you come over. Do you need migration registration?... We were taken aback... I would like to wish this employee, God forbid you ever need help, and they will tell you, I’m sorry I have a vacation and spit on your problems...... I believe in the boomerang principle, especially when we booked, we were not warned about the schedule and even on the day of arrival they were not warned, I believe that the hostel is to blame for the fact that we had problems due to migration registration, and in view of the fault of the hostel and purely humanly, they could go to a meeting and come from home and help us! But you were lazy and didn't care about us!
In general, if you need a rest after a hard day, if you need migration registration to the day, if you need warm and comfortable rooms, as well as at least some kind of minimal service and a good attitude towards the client, so that you would not be let down, you not here! Don't even go near this hostel!!!
PS: for 4 days we have not been cleaned even once! It turns out there you need to say at the reception that they would get away . . but no one gave us this information either!
