I don’t know in what year the hotel decided to add a fourth star to itself, but at the moment it only wants two.
The location of the hotel is good, on the banks of the Oka. The hotel building is old, such a dorm-type layout has not been done for a long time. The rooms are tiny with very simple furnishings, reminiscent of a children's summer camp. Well, God bless her with the layout, no one concealed the size of the rooms when booking, and the cost of living was quite low. But the rooms are really dirty: the curtain on the window is terribly stained (it took several hours and two requests to the reception before the maid hung up a new clean one), cigarette butts on the balcony left by a previous guest (the rooms, by the way, are declared non-smoking), the dubious freshness of the carpet coverings and shower curtains. Yes, the hotel can be modest, but it must be clean.
The restaurant where the breakfasts were held was clearly not designed for the number of rooms. Starting from 9 am at breakfast, a complete collapse: there is not enough food, tables, appliances. Hot dishes are always cold (except for cereals). There is no natural coffee, even for money. No hair dryer. Very weak water pressure in the shower. All catering establishments in the hotel building are fed tastelessly. The hotel needs a serious renovation.
