In general, they simply refused to move in. They put people out on the street with a small child, since they were in a car and were able to go home without resting at night. We newlyweds found out about everything that happened in the morning, they immediately called to which they answered us: that there would be no refund, this is supposedly our fault. Are you out of your mind at all? We contacted the intermediary through which we booked the Travelline room and only through them wrote a letter of complaint, and therefore they sent it to the hotel, they were able to get a refund for the service that was not provided, threatening that we would contact the prosecutor's office. But the fact is that the return occurs within 45 days and Travelline takes a commission from the amount, so they don’t give a damn whether they settled you or not they will receive their money. No action will be taken accordingly. Thank you very much !!! ! not only were the guests not settled, but the hotel refused to return the money, so now they have to wait such an amount of time. In general, get ready for the fact that if you come from another country, from another city, you can simply be put out on the street, as the hotel is engaged in the search for documents in which it does not understand anything and refuse to return the money.
