My wife and I stayed for two nights in July. A very positive impression of the hotel and staff. We arrived earlier than the check-in hour (in the morning around 11-00), so we were asked to wait until 14-00. We handed over things to them for storage and went around the neighborhood, just in three hours we managed to inspect the botanical garden and have lunch in a nearby dining room. Upon check-in, the room was clean, with everything you need. True, in the morning the flushing of the tank in the toilet stopped working : ). When leaving the room, they hung a special order form on the door handle and upon our arrival in the evening everything was fixed. Breakfast is beyond any claims. Even I, who was not accustomed to "breakfast" before eleven, was happy to go to breakfast at half past nine. Every Tuesday they have "days of Russian culture" for breakfast, so in addition to the main buffet menu, tea from a samovar, pancakes with sour cream, honey and jam are included. We really liked it. There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel
