In general, I liked the room, the staff at the reception were polite and friendly.
But the waiter service leaves much to be desired, they forgot what they ordered and brought a completely different order, they brought one instead of 2 dishes, then there was no ice (!!! ) for making a cocktail. When ordering a sauna, you can forget about the delivery : ) maybe it was with me, I can’t say.
According to the service: My wife and I went for a walk and asked to clean the room, when we returned we found that only the plates had been removed, the ashtray and glasses had not been changed. Somehow I thought it would be included in the cleaning...
