The hotel is located very well - in the center of Lipetsk, next to the shopping center "Europe" (5 min walk). Economy rooms without toilet and bathroom in the room - facilities on the floor. At first we didn’t understand that the economy category was without a bath . . but when we saw a bathroom on the floor (and there were two of them), we were pleasantly surprised: the cleanest toilet, shower, 3 sinks - the latest plumbing, tiles, floor, etc.

At first we didn’t understand that the economy category was without a bath . . but when we saw a bathroom on the floor (and there were two of them), we were pleasantly surprised: the cleanest toilet, shower, 3 sinks - the latest plumbing, tiles, floor, etc. everything glitters. Soap, gel, wipes, hair dryer are all in place. The hotel is brand new - air conditioning, TV all in the room. The room itself is spacious, the linen is fine, the beds and pillows are comfortable. They provide a set of towels and slippers.
Breakfast - 5 or 6 types to choose from. We liked cheesecakes and pancakes. Also quite cheap freshly squeezed juice - carrot cost 160 rubles.
Minuses
1 - no elevator, had to drag the suitcase to the 3rd floor by ourselves
2- there are no air conditioners on the flights of stairs, the windows are sealed - there is a smell (similar to chemical, such as after repair).
3 - The rooms smell a bit of renovation, but after airing the smell goes away.
4 - there is no view from the window, and either the generator was working at night, or something else near the neighboring building under the windows - it was noisy.
I strongly recommend the hotel for its cleanliness and location. Quite European 4 *.
