A week before the date of entry and on the day of the planned entry (already three times), they called me to clarify whether we would arrive. I confirmed every time, also in return I received confirmation that everything was in order with our booking. My question and the administrator's response were very clear.

20 minutes before arriving at the hotel, they called me and said that there were no places in the hotel! While I was driving two of my foreign colleagues to a booked hotel from the airport (certified by phone booking less than an hour ago)!
I did not receive a clear answer, compensation and any apologies. According to the administrator of the hotel, there is no fault in this situation!
