We rested in the hotel "Piter" in July 2014 in the building "Elena".
First about the pros and first impressions:
- the hotel is located close to the sea;
-the room has a stove, dishes, a kettle, outside - barbecue. . There is a desire - cook it yourself, there is no desire - there is a dining room (edible and inexpensive).
-there is a swimming pool, the water is clean;
-there is a playground with a soft surface, where you can run barefoot + sandbox and swings;
-there are billiard and tennis tables;
Now about the cons that cross out all the good initial impression:
-the shower drain smelled of sewage (and not only in our room);
- for 20 days the bed linen was not changed even once, as well as the cleaning was never done!! ! The explanations were different: the maid quit, it's raining and the laundry doesn't dry. . .
-by the way, not only the guests, but also the servants suffered from the stupidity and rudeness of the owners. During our stay, the maid disappeared and the cook quit.

-when they began to clean themselves under the bed, they found not only deposits of dust, but also forgotten things of former guests;
-in the midst of our vacation, the owners decided to start a renovation on the first floor and move the door to the room to the opposite side. Construction began: noise, dirt, etc. Two families immediately moved to another hotel, then they could not get enough: the linen is changed every three days, the room is cleaned, and the staff is friendly - and all this for the same money.
- at some point, the playground was polluted by some animal and for several days it was not cleaned, but only carried by stray kids... : (
- the swing was not fixed and if the child swayed strongly, he could fall along with the swing;
- the story of how rooms are booked, and then they turn out to be busy, I heard more than once...
-to the natural indignation of one of the guests about the disgrace that was happening, the hostess replied: "What do you want, this is business in Russian... "
