And what, don’t we work in order to have a nice rest later? Clean air, great view! The room itself is spacious, clean, good bathroom, soft blankets with pillows, comfortable mattress.

Dirty for 5 stars, the furniture in the room was old. They came to the reception three times, but until the end of our stay, we were fine and didn’t clean up. It’s scary to look under the bed, there is also a lot of hair in the bathroom, apparently from the previous guest

check-in was delayed by almost two hours, we were constantly forgotten to change towels and the room was cleaned poorly. I thought that the service would not be faulty, but in fact it turned out that it was difficult to find pluses... it was unexpected

Worst hotel in Sochi. Familiar after us flew - also dissatisfied. Very poor service and attitude towards guests. The prices are too high. Rooms are not cleaned. Water is turned off periodically. This is clearly not 5 stars.

The room is very clean, small, but it is strange that there was no hair dryer in the bathroom (five stars after all... ) and they forgot to change the foot towel every other day (it is the dirtiest after all). The restaurant again looks decent, the waiters are friendly, but the cuisine is truly disgusting - sometimes salty, sometimes cold, sometimes hard - and after all, delicious food is very important, if not the most important!! !.

More like an old Soviet boarding house. The service is terrible, or rather, it is not at all. You have to pay extra for everything. Rooms are not cleaned. Linen is yellow. The employees are rude, like you owe them money for a long time. I do not recommend. There should have been another hotel in this location.

One of the best hotels in Krasnaya Polyana (according to local reviews, I myself have not been to other hotels there), there is a SPA, there is a ski lift nearby, places for the season are sold out in the summer. The rooms are huge, huge bathroom, everything is in excellent condition. Excellent breakfasts, but the rest of the food was not impressive, for three days dinners are monotonous and, to put it mildly, tasteless.
