The food in the dining room, in principle, was not bad, but it all depended on the shift, on one day the food was just licking your fingers, and on the other it was simply impossible to eat. The lack of WiFi in the room is, on the one hand, a plus, and on the other hand, it’s not so convenient. The treatment is standard, for additional services I had to pay extra. I recalled with nostalgia the Solnechny sanatorium, where I had a chance to rest last year, I really liked it there, everything was at the highest level, it’s a pity that this year I couldn’t get a ticket there.

For once, my husband and I got out to relax and decided to go to Healing Narzan, friends highly recommended it to us. We liked everything, both the cost of the rooms and (which is important) the food. The food is delicious, Narzan cannot refuse this! My husband and I love to swim, so we often visited the pool in the sanatorium, which, by the way, was quite large and, which is nice, always very clean.

Local doctors i. e. those who work on the spot still differ in moral principles when visiting doctors behave inappropriately - talk and absence from the workplace. After a previous trip with my husband and child, warm memories of Kislovodsk remained, I managed to visit Solnechny, which is even better in some ways. But in general, for a trip with a parent, this option is undoubtedly suitable.

We wanted to take some time on the tennis court (on the website and in all the memos of the sanatorium it is written that this service is included in the ticket, but in reality it turned out that this was not the case). The uncle, an employee of the court, who is extremely unfriendly to people and rude, gave a look at the price list, where this service and the use of the pool are listed as paid, but as I understand it, this is a price list for people who do not live in the sanatorium. There was a ping-pong table on the sixth floor, but it was liquidated during the renovation. It is very good that every evening there is an entertainment program in the resort, but during the day you also need to do something. . Evening tea at dinner could be tasted only during the rain, the rest of the time it was served on the street - in order to enable the commercial cafe to "survive", I think that vacationers should have a choice. The food is excellent - tasty, varied and plentiful, we didn’t eat everything, thanks to the chefs and wonderful dietary sisters, they are competent and attentive, even to the most fastidious vacationers. I like the treatment, starting with the attending doctor - D. B. Lobzhanidze, the staff is attentive. The girls in narzan baths, in showers, in physiotherapy, inhalations are polite, smiling, there are no queues, you get treated and really relax. I really liked the phytobar - children are offered free herbal teas or cocktails on a ticket - the service is top notch. Very polite and attentive girls at the reception - the service is always with a smile and without delay. It is convenient that the pump room is located in the rotunda in the yard of the sanatorium, although four days before the end of our tour, the Slavyanovskaya prescribed by the doctor either ended or the tap broke. Towels are changed every day, bed linen every three days. You do not need to bring towels for the procedures - it is very convenient that they are served everywhere. The pool was a little disappointing - when a man is on duty, there are no problems, and women constantly find some obstacles. At first, they didn’t warn that the pool was until 3:00 pm on weekends, then they “invented” a children’s hour, that is, children at a certain time - at 4:00 pm - this is very inconvenient, usually at this time you plan to go out to the city or park, and In choosing a sanatorium for us, an important role is played by the presence of a swimming pool. And the rooms on the third floor are getting worse - of course, this is the standard, and the price is different compared to the superior rooms, but this is a 4-star resort, and the price is definitely not small and we pay in cash. But despite the minuses, I like the rest in "Healing Narzan". Maybe my review is somewhat emotional, but I hope that it will be useful to someone.

Do they need this treatment? Excellent food in the restaurant - trust a woman who knows how to cook quite well herself, and has vacationed in many hotels. Of course, if a buffet is close to you, then I would probably agree, because. it's more comfortable for the vacationer, but it's a maintenance issue. But, as for the dishes themselves - well, you don't have to be such deceivers. Apparently, you last rested on Capri in a five-star? (Which I deeply doubt). In general, already on the first day it was clear that rest in this sanatorium would not bring us any pleasure. The food was very poor, monotonous and not tasty. There is no entertainment for children. The medical base is very weak. The medical staff treats their duties formally. What I disliked the most was the ultrasound. 2 ultrasounds were performed in 3 minutes, and the doctor was late each time by 20-30 minutes and did not have time to meet the time, and the second ultrasound was postponed for three days. My son's temperature rose to 38.5, I myself had to buy the necessary medicines in the city pharmacy, since the sanatorium could not provide the necessary assistance, there were no elementary medicines. Pleased only with the maids who came daily to clean and change linen and towels without a reminder. We left ahead of time for 5 days, with great disappointment, the sanatorium did not pull for four stars! We will not come there again and do not advise you!
