I chose the room on the site, and believe me, everything on the site is beautiful and modern! Economy cost 2500 rub. But when I entered the room, I immediately realized that the reception simply made a mistake. To be honest, when I saw this number, I fell into a short shock! Over the past ten years I have seen a lot of hotels, but I have not seen this for more than 10 years, especially in a hotel with 3 stars. … More ▾ I chose the room on the site, and believe me, everything on the site is beautiful and modern! Over the past ten years I have seen a lot of hotels, but I have not seen this for more than 10 years, especially in a hotel with 3 stars. In general, returned to 25 years ago!
I turned to the administrator, she said that they have all such rooms of this class. Those. no one is wrong!! ! Tin!! ! Since the room was paid by bank transfer - I had no options, I had to stay.
Touching plumbing is scary! Under the carpet, there is apparently an old broken-down tile, the feeling is that you are walking on broken glass. It’s scary to take off your shoes, in principle. carpet is in terrible condition. Everything except the TV is old and smelly.
Musty smell, stinks terribly!

We stayed at this hotel in March. The room for 1800r is quite shabby and not very tidy, but, in principle, they did not expect anything else from it. The room is cold. The room for 1800r is quite shabby and not very tidy, but, in principle, they did not expect anything else from it. The room is cold. I had to sleep under two blankets, covered with my head. Although the hallway was very warm. But what surprised me the most was the breakfast. After all, it does not depend on the category of the room... The cook, apparently, learned to cook in Soviet times and studied poorly. The menu is not varied at all. Breakfast was
oatmeal, boiled sausages, cut into 2 pieces, pasta, rice, meatballs, coleslaw and beetroot salad with mayonnaise, boiled chicken. Sausage, cheese, buns. Of all this variety, you could only eat porridge, coleslaw and buns. The chicken was all terribly windy, apparently, after it was boiled, it lay somewhere for another day, pasta was of a similar kind. And the cutlets were covered with an even thick layer of fat. Beet salad is also somewhere
"aged" because the mayonnaise was yellowed. All dishes that should be at least warm were cold.
Moreover, the food was not included, that is, if you came to breakfast by 9 (and breakfast from 7 to 10), then you will eat only what is left, and if there is nothing left, then I'm sorry...
The only plus of the hotel is the location. It is located in the center, next to the metro station Tukaya Ploshchad, 1 min walk to Bauman street, 5 bus stops to the railway station

My class and I arrived in Kazan and checked into this hotel. At first we had the 13th floor. Excellent bathroom (new shower, white with white toilet, new tiles. In general, excellent), the room is cozy, but for 5 people (! ) 2 beds, a tiny sofa and they wanted to give folding beds! Naturally, no one liked it and we were offered the fifth floor (I read in the reviews that the repair never reached it). … More ▾ My class and I arrived in Kazan and checked into this hotel. Naturally, no one liked it and we were offered the fifth floor (I read in the reviews that the repair never reached it). The bathroom is a shabby bath, the sink is holding on, it's just awful. But 5 beds) in spite of everything, it's still cozy. We went on the fifth floor to visit friends, their phone fell off, which hung on the wall. It would be better, of course, higher than 5.6 floors, but this is not bad either. Rating of the room (not the hotel) -5 out of 10. Twice we had a buffet in the hotel, the choice is certainly not the same as in Turkey, but still varied. Score-10. The staff is good. The girls are sweet, kind and polite. The guard is friendly and polite. The staff is 9 out of 10. The hotel is cute, I liked the elevator) Cozy, comfortable, the rating of the hotel is 7 out of 10. For 3 stars and rolls in principle. If you move into it, then just not the 5.6 floor. The overall rating of the hotel is 7 points out of 10.

I have already been to Kazan several times. . . and all the times I lived in the Tatarstan Hotel. Everything was great, especially I would like to mention the restaurant located at the hotel! The food was just amazing. . . felt like home, like my mom had just cooked for me! I advise everyone who will be in Kazan, as the prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and you can also work on the Internet. … More ▾ I have already been to Kazan several times. . . and all the times I lived in the Tatarstan Hotel. Outside the window, dirty cars were speeding along the highway. Somewhere the sound of train wheels was heard. The approaching weekend did not promise anything new - bowling, cinema or a sauna with friends. "Let's go somewhere for the weekend? " - my half said thoughtfully. "Come on, where are you going? " I replied. … More ▾ Outside the window, dirty cars were speeding along the highway. Somewhere the sound of train wheels was heard. "Somewhere to see some beautiful city"

The choice fell on Kazan. Tickets for the reserved seat (about 700 rubles one way per person) were bought the very next day and on Friday evening we were already drinking tea with lemon sitting opposite each other.

Morning Kazan greeted us with spring air and a temperature of +3 on the thermometer of the station. Kazan taxi drivers turned out to be quite accommodating subjects, and after 8-10 minutes and 100 rubles we were already at the Tatarstan hotel, where we booked a room in advance, having found the coordinates on the network, tempted by a good location.
Despite the soviet appearance of the hotel from the outside, inside everything was fine on our floor - the repairs made before the 1000th anniversary of Kazan made themselves felt with new sofas on the floor, carpet and room doors. We got chic apartments with as many as three rooms (a meeting room, a living room and a bedroom with a large bed) and two bathrooms (a shower room with a washbasin and a second bathroom with a jacuzzi) for 3500 rubles per day + additional payment for a few hours of early check-in.

Skeptically looking around the hotel restaurant for breakfast, we crossed the road and had breakfast with a delicious yashinka, toast and coffee at the Capital coffee house (it should be noted that the prices of the cafe are pleasing to the eye).

We started our walk around Kazan from the street. Bauman starting right from the cafe. Going to the bookstore bought a guidebook and a DVD about the architecture and cultural heritage of the city.
Bauman Street reminded us of the Moscow Old Arbat, with the exception that it houses a lot of cafes and restaurants with very democratic prices. Having walked along the Kremlin street, we went to the May 1 Square, where we visited the National Museum and moved to refresh ourselves, returning to the street. Bauman and having taken a fancy to the cafe "Coffee Inn" had a meal.

It was decided to study the Kremlin later. It should be noted that the entrance to the Kremlin is absolutely free and unhindered : -) Slowly we visited and examined Kul-Sharif, admired the Syuyumbike Tower, the President's Residence, the Annunciation Cathedral, the Cannon Yard Buildings, the monument to architects and the Spasskaya Tower.
In the evening, the train home was already waiting for us .. .
