I was discharged home, went to work for a couple of days, I had no strength, so I decided to spend the sick leave in Krutushka. I went to physiotherapy, light massages, again, proper dietary nutrition. Under the supervision of doctors began to feel better. Now I don’t run, of course, but after a month I feel good. I will go to the sanatorium regularly, I think so, without it I can't go anywhere now. Oh yes, and the most pleasant thing is that they issued the "Honored Guest" card, now I can use it to come for treatment and go to procedures with a 5% discount, a trifle, but nice!

At first glance, the sanatorium is no different from the rest, but there is no pretentious repair, but the external simplicity is compensated by the medical base. For a couple of weeks, we visited massages, exercise therapy, a speleochamber, a cedar barrel, and just walked and unwinded. Indeed, the doctor's advice turned out to be sensible, being treated at home is one thing, but being treated where you can completely relax and devote yourself to recovery is much better! Sanatorium "Krutushka" won my high rating many years ago. I love everything about this place! Geographically, the sanatorium is located near Kazan. There are wonderful qualified doctors, a good medical base, good and wholesome food, excellent living conditions. Yes, as in any sanatorium, people who come to be treated must first of all choose a place according to medical criteria, and only then take into account accommodation.

I love mud wraps. I have sore joints and from time to time they make themselves felt at the most inopportune time. I am already retired and there is no way to go alone to the mud resorts. Therefore, I regularly visit the sanatorium Krutushka for mud and bath procedures. I want to say thank you to the nurses, who from time to time greet me warmly and always treat me with understanding.
