I chose this hotel because of the reviews: it seems to be good and inexpensive. Since I took a tour of Kazan, the service was not in the first place.
Went in and seems to be fine. Only there was trouble with the safe and the door: the safe did not react at all, and the door opened only from the outside. I called the administrator, they said that the safe would be set up, and invited the head of security for the door. It turned out to be a woman who looked at the door and said: "But the lock works, you can adapt. " Seeing my stunned eyes, the administrator still asked her to do it right. The safe was made to me three times later, but they never did. I already spat, because I constantly went on excursions and tired every time to wait for a specialist to set up the safe, I had no strength anymore.
The food was good, I can not say anything.

But the icing on the cake was the day of departure, when I returned the keys, and they told me that the maid would now check the room. That is, they didn’t make a safe, they didn’t want to make a door either, but they can check the number - they can.
I don't think I will go to this hotel again. And I definitely wouldn't recommend it to my friends.
