"+" Yes, the rooms are clean, some rooms have an infrared sauna - that's a thing! ; the staff is friendly, sometimes it takes a chill on the skin from excessive (at times seeming strained) helpfulness, the location is advantageous (near Bauman street), breakfasts (menu choice - no buffet, unfortunately this is inconvenient, you can’t repeat dishes / drinks - it will be paid ), but in general (for women: porridge, yogurt) hearty and on time, all questions / problems are accepted and resolved promptly. "-" Specifically on the number "Africa"! If you decide to take this particular number - do not recommend! "AFRICA" is located immediately at the entrance to the Hotel, right next to the reception: this is a passage courtyard, you will hear everyone who walks, calls to the reception, what the security guard and administrators are talking about - there is no soundproofing there (although they will definitely promise you! ) , if you are determined to relax in your room (and for that kind of money you have every right! ), then absolutely keep in mind that it WILL NOT WORK! (((Further, at the entrance to our shower room, a blockage was discovered - we had to turn off the water and wait for it to go down into the drain hole, because the sides of the shower room are tiny and water constantly strove to fill the entire bathroom, and from there to the room itself, this it was uncomfortable, cold and somehow did not justify the money paid. . . A plumber came in the person of a security guard, cleared the drain, but alas. . . it did not help - the blockage remained, as a result, it was impossible to use the shower and it was cold to stand and wait until the water is gone to lather, then to wash off the soap, etc. . . Toiletries were not replenished when cleaning the room: no soap was put in a new one, no toothbrushes with paste, no shower gel! There was a small remnant left, which went for hands, and for the shower, and for washing things. . . Uncomfortable. Independently contacted the reception and asked to give additional toiletries. When leaving, everyone writes that they give a spoon with the symbols of the Hotel as a gift: they didn’t give us - they asked for it (because they had read the reviews in advance). I repeat, the minuses concern only a specific room "Africa" - in another room, maybe you will be more lucky! )) In general, the Hotel is quite good.
